As part of your Real Estate Agreement, you have likely been provided with the opportunity to have a home inspection. There are many excellent home inspectors throughout Central Oregon. The following is a listing of those who have sent me information. Please understand that my listing is NOT a recommendation of any kind. This list is provided for your ease in contacting an inspector.

Please be sure that you check to be sure that any inspector you select is certified by the CCB. Click on the link below to go to the CCB website. Once there, click on “License Search” then click on “OCHI NAME” to input the inspectors names to determine their certification status.

In addition, you’ll want to be sure that you DISCUSS your special concerns with your inspector. You should receive a written report within two days of the inspection (sooner is better) and be sure you instruct your inspector to provide a copy of your home inspection report to me by e-mail at lana@sistersproperties.com.
